My goal is to help you identify and release energetic patterns/emotions and faulty belief systems that keep you stuck.
We all have felt stuck in trying to reach a goal or drop an unwanted habit. We might have emotions that sabotage our move forward. EVERYONE HAS BEEN THROUGH THIS--IT'S CALLED "CONDITIONING". Our brains are too good at remembering the bad stuff and comparing new experiences to the old and bad stuff. Our brain is just trying to protect us, but enough already, we want to get off of this train! The good news is that it doesn't have have to stay this way. Once these patterns and beliefs are identified and cleared you can decide how you want your life to be--reaching one goal after another!
It doesn't have be messy and tense. I prefer comfort and humor whenever working on my own stuff and I will work with you at the speed you dictate ..that's where my years of training comes in handy. I'm good at evaluating and determining what the best approach is for each person I work with.

I'd love to meet and work with you, one-to-one, to customize an approach to work on your issue using traditional and advanced Usui Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (also known as "Tapping). I use these modalities alone, and in combination with each other.
Reiki works by assisting to reduce stress, which in turn may create an environment within your body where healing may more easily be facilitated. Reiki is Universal Life Energy. As such, your body takes in the Reiki and determines where the Reiki is most needed. The clients I have seen reported feeling more relaxed and feeling a sense of “good energy” following a session. I have successfully worked with people with physical pain, and emotional distress. Using advanced Usui Reiki allows the energy to be more specific to a wide range of issues.
Known commonly as “tapping”, Emotional Freedom Techniques was created by Gary Craig. It is called “tapping” as the person taps on acupoints on the head, face, torso and fingers (as used in acupuncture, but with no needles!) while verbally stating the negative or stressful emotions currently being felt. Yeah, it's really weird looking, especially tapping under your arms, but there is no pain at all, you just need to reach the end of the meridian points that affect the emotions.
By doing this, the body reduces the stress hormone (called cortisol), and reduces reactivity to the stressor. In a manner of minutes it can help a person relax. You can use this tool on yourself at home!
Some negative emotions or stressors have been carried in the person for many years, leading to unhealthy behaviors or being “stuck” in a negative pattern around an issue causing avoidance of solving problems and moving ahead in life goals. Chances are if you are dealing with this type of issue, it's going to take more than one coaching session, but you can continue the work at home.
Once the negative core emotions and patterns are identified and cleared new, positive affirmations can be “tapped” in to replace them, freeing the person to move forward to feel better and create new, healthy behaviors.
